鋼板を使用しているので、厚くしても「鋳物よりも軽い」ため　キッチンで使う際に取り回しがしやすいメリットがあり
厚くしたがゆえに「熱ムラのない」加熱が可能です。
鋼板を使用しているので、IH に好適。電力の伝わりがよく、早く沸騰するので時短・省エネに効果があります。
オーブン調理にも使用可能ですので、パン作りなどにも活躍します。
